At DayBreak Treatment Solutions, people suffering from drug or alcohol addiction can choose between residential treatment and outpatient treatment programs. That’s important because people have different support needs when it comes to addiction treatment, and the inpatient residential model isn’t ideal for everyone. Often, rehab clients choose to transition from inpatient treatment to an outpatient program as they grow in stability and gradually become more adept at managing their addiction. DayBreak features multiple outpatient addiction treatment programs, including intensive outpatient treatment and partial hospitalization programs. Anyone suffering from substance use disorders can find the help they need to end their dependence on drugs and alcohol at our Bucks County addiction treatment center.

Alumni Testimonials

Daybreak changed my life. The staff – from the nurses, therapists, managers, and most importantly – the on-site techs, were all extremely helpful in our recovery. Everything you need is available from detox all the way through residential treatment. (I did not participate in any further treatment options). If you or someone you love really wants the help, this is a great place to find it. This is definitely something that you take out what you put in, and if you participate in the groups, the therapy, and take advantage of the help that they willingly offer – you can make change here. Thanks to the Daybreak family, I am 101 days into a powerful new life.

Daybreak has been extremely beneficial in my recovery process. The staff, many of whom are in recovery themselves, have shown me repeatedly that they genuinely care about me and all the other clients here. This fact, combined with their knowledge on the recovery process, has benefited me more than any other treatment center in the past. My counselor, Holly, has been especially helpful to me. I would absolutely recommend Daybreak to a friend or anyone struggling with addiction.

I cannot say enough about this place! Daybreak saved my life! From the minute I walked in the door I was treated with respect, dignity, and a compassion I had never experienced in any of the many other treatment facilities I had been to. What made the difference for me was the staff. The people who worked there truly cared about me and my recovery. There honestly was never a moment that I felt alone and the fact that many of the staff are in recovery themselves meant they truly understood what I was going through at my most vulnerable. Knowing these people were so invested in saving me from myself, were always there if I needed to talk, and that they honestly cared about me and my recovery undoubtedly made all the difference for me. Daybreak also maintains a family atmosphere in such beautiful facilities and makes sure that your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs are being met. I’ve never had such an amazing experience in treatment before. If you or a loved one is suffering please PLEASE let Daybreak give you the opportunity to get your life back.

Drug Rehab That Allows You to Still Go to Work and School

Many people who are suffering from substance use disorders do not want to enroll in inpatient rehab programs. They may have family obligations or want to continue to go to work or attend school. With our outpatient treatment solutions of Bucks County, clients can find the flexible programs they need to get help for their addiction while continuing to attend to their responsibilities or work obligations. That’s why many treatment centers offer different levels of care, and DayBreak treatment programs are among the best of the best because we individualize substance abuse therapies and feature an experienced and dedicated team of addiction medicine specialists.

Benefits of Outpatient Drug Rehab

Outpatient treatment at DayBreak’s drug and alcohol rehab ensures that clients have the treatment support they need to end their dependence on drugs or alcohol for good. Clients have an opportunity to practice what they’ve learned during treatment sessions right away as they return home each afternoon. If they experience challenges outside of rehab, they can address them with their therapist or clinician during their subsequent treatment session. With this level of support, clients get the help they need to transition to their alcohol and drug-free lifestyle. The flexibility of an outpatient program is ideal for clients who have grown in stability and are ready to practice the coping strategies they’ve learned during their drug or alcohol treatment sessions.

What to Expect During Outpatient Rehab

DayBreak is a treatment facility that provides individualized care. So, clients can expect support for their unique needs whether they need medical specialty considerations for dual diagnosis, family therapy, or even job-related substance abuse issues. DayBreak offers medically sanctioned, alternative, and holistic planned living and rehabilitation solutions for substance abuse disorders. Our treatment of individuals is based on evidence-based therapies that have helped thousands of people end their abuse of drugs, alcohol, or prescription medications.

How Long Does Outpatient Rehab in Philadelphia Last with DayBreak?

Generally, rehab rehab in Bucks County can last anywhere from 21 days to 90 days, but some clients need formal addiction treatment that exceeds 90 days. Typically, clients begin with a 30 day treatment program. Depending on their support needs, they can extend this time further if they choose. The longer a person spends in drug and alcohol addiction rehab, according to medical research, the less likely they will be to suffer a relapse. Managing an addiction to alcohol and other substances takes time; at DayBreak, clients can rely on our addiction medicine specialists as long as they need to.

IOP Intensive Outpatient Program

DayBreak’s intensive outpatient (IOP) program provides clients with the support they need to achieve lasting addiction recovery but still have the flexibility they need to attend work or school. Our alcohol or drug abuse IOP programs require clients to visit our rehabilitation facilities three to four times per week for treatment sessions. After their treatment session, they can return to their home or head to work or school as they choose. During the program, clients will learn to identify their triggers for abusing street drugs, alcohol, or prescription drugs and then to develop strategies for effectively managing those triggers. An IOP is ideal for clients who don’t require 24-hour support and have been through alcohol or drug detox.

PHP Partial Hospitalization Program

In addition to residential inpatient programs, DayBreak also offers a partial hospitalization (PHP) treatment program that requires clients to spend four to five days each week at our rehab for daylong treatment sessions. While the program is similar to our inpatient treatment plans, it doesn’t require clients to reside in our facility. After treatment, clients can return home. A PHP program offers more support than an IOP program and is ideal for clients who are just beginning their road to recovery or who may also be suffering from other mental health disorders like depression or post traumatic stress disorder and need dual diagnosis treatment.

Which Outpatient Treatment, IOP or PHP, Is Right for Me

Choosing between an IOP and PHP typically comes down to a client’s support needs. Clients who are just beginning their recovery journey often begin with residential treatment or a PHP because it provides a more robust level of support that’s geared for clients who lack stability and have yet to develop the coping skills needed to effectively manage their alcohol or drug addiction. Clients who are ready to begin to transition back to their everyday lives often find that an IOP program offers the level of support they need to begin that transition process.
